4. Stay On-Topic
- Ensure discussions remain relevant to the thread and forum categories. Off-topic or spammy content should be avoided and will be removed.
- Use the proper channels (e.g., off-topic sections or private messages) for unrelated discussions.
5. No Plagiarism or Copyright Violations
- Share your own work or ensure proper credit and permission when sharing third-party content.
- Refrain from posting or sharing content that violates copyrights or intellectual property laws.
6. Respect Privacy
- Do not share private information about yourself or others. This includes email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, and any other sensitive personal data.
- If you require help that involves personal information, use private channels and get explicit consent.
7. No Spam or Self-Promotion
- Unsolicited advertisements, excessive self-promotion, or spamming will not be tolerated.
- Promotion of your work (plugins, themes, projects) is allowed in designated sections (e.g., Community Marketplace) and must follow the guidelines.
8. Focus on Open Source Values
- Support and respect the principles of open source, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. Foster an inclusive and helpful community.
9. Report Inappropriate Behavior
- If you witness or experience violations of this Code of Conduct, report the behavior to the forum moderators.
- Moderators will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or bans.
